Leah & Gabe

Leah & Gabe are both wonderful, beautiful people on the inside and out. We started out our day at Clear River Church in downtown Lafayette. I soon realized that this church used to be a warehouse and was converted to a church but the remodelers left some features of what it used to be like exposed brick . I LOVED IT! Other parts of the church were decorated fairly contemporary. I have to give kudos to the decorator :D   Made for great pictures.

Melissa & John are expecting their third son, Maxwell who I know will be just as adorable and full of life as Jackson and Carter.

Amanda Overmyer

If you're an American Idol fan you probably get a kick out of these photos. You'd recognize this Joplin sound-alike from Season 7. Amanda is from Frankfort Indiana but hangs out a lot in Lafayette. I had the chance to befriend her through a mutual friend that is the keyboardist in her band. Since her return from Idol, she's come out with her first CD, 'Solidify' and has been promoting it all over the US.  These photos are the result from our first formal photo shoot as well as a few concert photos, thrown in. 

At the end of the shoot, Amanda said "I usually don't like photo shoots but I had a lot of fun with this one. I think we are officially friends now." Rock on. :)

Eliza & Brad

This wedding was especially fun for me because we were outside the whole day and I LOVE shooting in natural light. The ceremony was very small with just the immediate family at a beautiful park in Terre Haute called Fowler Park. This location had a beautiful covered bride where the ceremony was held. The couple was fabulous to work with, the family was welcoming and the day was perfect (minus a little mud here and there).
